In my opinion, this Maca product is the real deal. As a regular user of Maca, I've had the opportunity to try some of the top well~known brands specially when it comes to powder. I decided to try Maca Root after a friend of mine recommended it for energy and to help with my insomnia. Traditionally, Maca has also been used to treat PMS and menopause. It’s rumored to cut down on hot flashes and night sweats. It has lots of other benefits but I can only report on what it has done for me. I have noticed an increase in energy but so far that is all. Effects I've noticed, after one-month of daily use:
improved stamina/cardio, increased reps at the gym, reduced abdominal fat, less "brain fog", and ultimately a greater sense of well-being. I've used other tongkat ali products before and most of them came in powder or tea form. Some of them worked, most didn't, and others made me suffer diarrhea too. I was using LJ100 from biovea and it was the best tongkat ali i ve ever tried...
but biovea LJ100 is expensive as hell it has pretty much the same price like herbolab
but it has only 60 caps with only 100 mg tongkat ali

My husband takes this tongkat ali product and really likes them. We haven't seen much of a difference in his ED but he has a lot of energy. He is a greenhouse grower and landscaper so he works 7 days a week sometimes 10-12 hour days. We as a family assist in the business but with one girl being a teenager and having extra curricular activities and my other daughter being 3 yrs old we are not able to help as much as we'd like. First week of use didnt notice much changes, but after the second week the effects kicked in. The first day I took the full dosage and it kept me awake at night, after that I continued with half of the dosage only. Even at half the dosage I can tell there are noticeable positive changes in bed. My premature [redacted adult content] has eased, I can have [redacted adult content] for longer now.
The only reason I am not giving 5 star is because it affects my sleep, I will combine it with some other product to help me sleep at night. †

I know Tongkat Ali very well, I have always used it in powder form, but it is so bitter you can't put it in a smoothie or shake for example. I cycle Tongkat Ali and other herbs all the time so I will make sure my body will not get used to it. I am 50 years of age lift weights 3 times a week for only 45 min and at my age I definitely feel the benefits of herbs that boost testosterone. I have used a lot of testosterone boosting herbs, like Fenugreek, Tribillus and many others, but Tongkat Ali is by far the best one for me. Gingseng is very good to. On my second cycle now, and there's a couple things I want you all to know based on my long term experience. The first is it seems the potency wears off or takes a while to if you're often having sex and by often I mean multiple times a day. The difference can be minimal or downright negligible. If you're having sex once every other day or so, you should see a difference. The second one, and the one I like the most, is whe I take this about 15-30 minutes before I workout and later on in the day or night, it issuper potent. We're talking about hard, throbbing erections, the strongest erections I've ever had in my life. I guess more cardio and muscle recovery help boost the already potent ginseng inside the capsule. Really nice! †

I use this everyday and it's been great so far. You can feel the changes specially when you're suffering from things like low libido or general fatigue. I had a chat with a friend this morning who stopped over and convinced her to try it as she wasn't feeling too good. I initially took Tongkat Ali to assist in building lean muscle mass and i believe after just 4 weeks on it i did experience strength increase and more intensity in my workouts. I am now having my first break from the product and the gym and will resume training in after a weeks rest. My intention is once i do another four weeks on the product along with gym and strict diet i will have a full blood test including testosterone to see if it has in fact increased. I received my package 5 weeks ago, unfortunately customs held is for almost 3 weeks. Herbolab was supportive assisting with these matters although there was nothing to do until customs decided to release the package. Thank god I received it with no issues other than the delay.

I have taken the tongkat ali and maca together since then. I notice the erection has improved, although I still have some more work to do to make it better (I am following the penile exercises as well). I changed my diet after consulting a dietitian and I plan to start regular exercise in the next week or so. So far I am happy with the improvements. †
