Many would agree this book is the book for PE problems. Matt Gorden is a well-known sex educator and researcher. The book offers multiple ways when it comes to conquering PE. Its popularity is due to how it covers just about everything concerning PE; from the roots of the problems, the traditional solutions and treatments, as well as Matt’s own personal techniques and tricks on getting rid of PE in a long-term basis, all of which are exclusive to this ebook.

What makes this book different is how it lets the reader know the science of ejaculation, why it happens, and the things you can do immediately to improve it. What we think:

No doubt, this program has been making rounds on a few men’s health sites and we have to wonder if this was all authentic so we checked it out for ourselves. Provided we already know a thing or two with PE guides and programs, we didn’t find anything really mind-blowing with the guide.

What it’ll tell you are a few handy techniques before sex for yourself and for your partner (which mostly involves lots of foreplay), a breathing technique, and even sex guides. It’s like a kamasutra book fit itself inside a PE guide and we’d rather not see those until we cured our PE.

What makes it different is how it addresses two different prohibitors to prolonging the ejaculation time. It focuses on both physical and psychological approach and we also recognize the need for a more holistic approach to PE so this is a good thing. It’s not the best one out there but it should be a great alternative if the books above are somehow not within your reach.

The guide is produced by Lloyd Lester who also had problems with PE. Because of this, you know the guide is crafted by someone who most likely tried a lot of techniques and simply stuck with the ones that worked.

What makes this program different is how its separated in two parts.
