I was wondering whether I should go for Tongkat Ali or Ginseng.
I’m 28 years old and single but I’m quite sexually active. I take pride at what I can do in bed. But it surprised me a few days ago that I’m having a hard time getting it up. At first I thought I was only tired (I work the graveyard a lot) so I took a day off from work. Then I realized I’m literally having a hard time getting back to my game. You know what I mean? I thought it was limp or broken. Then I asked a few friends and told me I should look it up first to see if I can cure it naturally. Consultations cost a fortune and often times they just recommend something that is almost common sense so I figured I should give Google a try.
I searched the web for immediate relief and came across two options: Tongkat Ali or Ginseng. I’ve read your article on the “Ultimate List of Natural Remedies for Sexual Male Enhancement (sex drive and erectile function)” and found both Tongkat Ali and Ginseng to be promising remedies.
But in your own opinion, should I take Tongkat Ali or Ginseng? Which one would benefit me in the long term?
Thanks for stopping by and asking your questions.
That is an excellent question, but unfortunately there is no easy answer. In reality, both are excellent supplements when it comes to sexual health, and both have proven clinical research studies to back up their claims for erectile dysfunction and other male sexual health problems.
However, no person reacts the same way to the same supplements. While some individuals might have great results with tongkat ali, other might prefer Korean ginseng. It all comes down to your personal response and preferences.
That said, there is no harm in combining both. Stacking supplements can be another way to increasing your chances of achieving the results you want.
In summary, if you have the budget, get both. If you have to choose one, I would personally try them independently and then decide which one have better effect.
Hope that helps.
