If you’re trying one bottle of one product for the first time, and are not satisfied with either the product or your results, don’t worry about returning the product. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. You don’t have to return the bottle to us.
Refunds on orders of multiple bottles require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund. To initiate this process, please use the form below. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).
Herbolab is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Herbolab will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
