Shipments arriving in India will be imposed with a 42.1% D&T (Duties and Taxes) due to the government’s regulation. The 42.1% D&T will be collected at the time of checkout for customs clearance purpose. Please click to visit the government’s official website for more information on the D&T charges.
Exchange rate changes from the time you order and the time the items arrive at customs of your country may cause an assessment of Duties and Taxes (D&T) for those orders that are close to the limit for tax-free status.

India Customs requires you to upload Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (Government recognized identity and address proofs) to obtain shipment clearance. Shipping
All orders with Herbolab are shipped out from our warehouses in Singapore by air freight to your country.
The given window of delivery we provide is typical for most standard deliveries. In some cases though, an order could be experiencing a longer shipping time due to a delay with the air freight, a hold in Customs, or any other anomaly in the shipping process that is outside of our control.
Also, be advised in some cases you could have to pay import taxes, customs duties, and/or a brokerage fee for handling your order. These are separate charges from your fee from shipping, and you would be billed by the carrier you have chosen.
