All orders with Herbolab are shipped out from our warehouses in Singapore by air freight to your country.
The given window of delivery we provide is typical for most standard deliveries. In some cases though, an order could be experiencing a longer shipping time due to a delay with the air freight, a hold in Customs, or any other anomaly in the shipping process that is outside of our control.
Also, be advised in some cases you could have to pay import taxes, customs duties, and/or a brokerage fee for handling your order. These are separate charges from your fee from shipping, and you would be billed by the carrier you have chosen.
