1. Price and Payment
1.1 The Price that Customers have to pay will be shown on the order page of our payment system provider or on the invoice sent following an email or phone enquiry.
1.2 Payment shall be made either online via Paypal or credit card, or offline, via wire transfer when the order is placed on the phone or via email.
1.3 Invoices are due and payable upon ordering.
2.1 The delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation is an estimate. The place of delivery is as stated in the Order Confirmation.
2.2 Any missing, wrong or damaged Products or packaging should be noted on the waybill prior to signing it.
2.3 Shall the parcel be returned because an error/incorrect address on the buyer’s end, reshipping might incur extra shipping charges.
2.4 We guarantee delivery or your money back.
3.1 All sales are processed and shipped by Herbolab from Singapore or subsidiary in other countries and the ownership of the product belongs to the buyer after the product is purchased.
3.2 All products purchased on Herbolab’s website are subject to Singaporean Law.
3.3 In rare cases, purchased products may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when it reach the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
3.4 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country into which you import our products. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

If you’re trying one bottle of one product for the first time, and are not satisfied with either the product or your results, don’t worry about returning the product. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. You don’t have to return the bottle to us.
Refunds on orders of multiple bottles require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund. 4.2 Other Considerations – Herbolab is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Herbolab will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
4.3 Refunds and returns for orders outside of Singapore and USA are exempt from our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and will be handled on a case by case basis.
5. Customer Responsibility and Waiver of Consent
By accepting these Conditions, I affirm as if under oath and state truthfully that:
5.1 I am 18 years of age or an adult with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements of sale with Herbolab
5.2 I am permitted by law to receive purchased products from Herbolab in my current locale
5.3 I will promptly contact my local physician for any necessary medical intervention should a complication or concern result related to the use of the products.
5.4 I understand that use of this website is completely voluntary and initiated by me. I understand that all products purchased cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Severability and Notices
7.1 Singaporean law is applicable and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
8. Changes to Agreement
This agreement is subject to change – at the sole discretion of Herbolab – at any time, without notice.
