When you are less busy, or when you feel stressed by the project you are working on, you may take a walk outside or to the roof of your office building. To get the maximum benefit from this activity, it is recommended to take your mind off the task at hand and just focus on something refreshing.
It can be fun to be present and enjoy the sight of who are going about their normal day to day activities.

Taking a few minutes at your table to carry out a light exercise is another amazing way for the workforce to relieve stress.
This exercise will not only reduce stress, it will also boost cognitive function and keep the body agile. Sitting in one spot for a long time might add to stress at work as well as fluid retention and uneven circulation of blood to the body.
If all organs of the body do not receive a sufficient flow of blood, the brain may become overburdened, and the subject may feel pain in the body and even lose concentration which is detrimental to your work. So, keep moving!
Stay Hydrated
